Shogo started working for Lightning Magazine while in college in 1997 by 2007, he had been made a chief editor of Lightning Magazine. In 2014, he joined Clutch Magazine and become a senior vice editor. He covers stories about American Heritage Culture, Lifestyle (vintage denim, work wear and car culture etc) and Japanese denim for about 20 years.

Now he is spends his time gathering materials and content not only in Japan and the U.S.A. but also all over the world.
